SO Clear Media Corporation, Inc. (SOCLEAR)

Mission Statement

To bring educational products and efforts to the American people through the use of multimedia in gaining attention and favorable action to those Americans suffering from reduced liberties, rights and freedoms in regards to the unjustly applied sex offender laws throughout the United States, at both federal and state levels.   Our beliefs are based in the principle of "liberty and justice for all," as stated in the United States Constitution and the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.  Our main goal is to take the punitive, vengeful attitude so pervasive in this country towards these offenders, and turn it towards what is known to be affective in keeping our citizens, especially our children safe - Education, Prevention, and Treatment.

Additionally, SOCLEAR provides a forum that  promotes, encourages, and facilitates cooperation with other individuals and groups related to human rights and civil liberties.   Our goal being  to bring together disparate constituencies to engage in a dialog to advance social justice and democratic values by challenging the dominant news media and the political establishment in regards to sex offender laws that encourage certain Americans to be stripped of basic human and constitutional rights.

By building a reputation for effective teaching, productive engagement and wide-ranging opinion on a variety of constituents, SOCLEAR aspires to gain recognition as one of the most innovative human and constitutional rights groups.  In combining public education, promoting treatment and challenging  the news media to bring truth and fact to the public we can affect positive and productive change, not only in the lives of the Registered Sex Offender and their families, we will make monumental strides in our effort to protect the citizens of our nation, especially our children.
