Jr. once said "an injustice against one is an injustice
against all.” With that quote in mind, please understand
that once again our country faces yet another great injustice
that is currently undermining individual freedoms and
threatening the American way of life under our US
Constitution. The threats to freedom and liberty for all
Americans are being tested by the usual suspects: political
deceit, media-hype, and hysteria.

But this latest
effort to spew deceit is actually destroying a group of
law-abiding citizens: Registered Sex Offenders. Now before you
snap to any conclusions, please allow yourself to hear the other
side of the story and learn about the solid facts about this
terrible category.

When it comes to Registered Sex Offenders, there are a great
number of truths that you have not been told. Here at SO-CLEAR
MEDIA, we will do our best to deliver the facts through our
many research documents and an ever growing multi-media content
files with interviews, opinion, challenges, responses, analysis
and live news-feeds regarding registered sex offenders, their
spouses, their parents, their children, their friends, their
neighbors, and a growing number of government officials and
political groups that are all coming to one conclusion:
America’s Sex Offender Registration laws are not working as
intended and are creating new victims in the process.

Justice Dept. Registered Sex Offenders have the second lowest
re-offense rates of all major criminal categories.

Again, according current data from the US Justice Dept.,
Registered Sex Offenders are likely to commit only 5% of the
brand new sex crimes and yet they receive nearly 100% of the new
punishment oriented laws.

Sex Offenders, will stand up for ourselves and our families.
We will embrace the latest in internet technologies that when
combined with the energies of the many constitutional activists
from within and outside of the Registered Sex Offender
communities, take the battle to the politicians and the
corporate ‘for profit’ news media programs.
